7 foot long stainless steel THROUGH-CONVEYOR for straight-line in-line capping, with 4.5 inch wide Delrin plastic tabletop chain.
Stainless steel body container side-gripper belt for container stability during the cap application process.
Stainless steel cap hopper with vibrator supplies caps to the FEED SYSTEMS Model FSRF24 CAP SORTER-FEEDER, which supplies caps to the adjustable cap chute which places them on the containers.
Painted steel main support base with stainless steel upper shrouding and conveyor body.
Mounted on adjustable height support legs on casters.
No container no cap operation.
Operator control panel with variable speed drives on the cap tightening quills, conveyor, sorter and container gripper belts, with 110 volt single phase (standard household current) electrical input.
