Shell is designed for vacuum service, slight dish bottom with 1/2" center bottom outlet, flush seating ball valve and 22" floor clearance, vessel is mounted on single swivel point and rotates at 110 degrees when agitator is raised out of vessel. Triple motion is mounted on hydraulic life with full scrapping agitator, counter rotating blades and homogenizer all with independent dual speed drives, 380/415 volt, 50Hz, 3 Phase (test run on 440V/3Ph/60Hz), flat cover with vacuum seal, illumination port, sight glass with wiper, vacuum inlet, ingredient inlet with quart hopper and ball valve, cabinet style bast on board hydraulic pump and control box.
