Description: One pre owned Bowen (Niro) Spray Dryer. Dryer is constructed of 316 S/S. This spray dryer can spray dry samples as small as 1/2 gal. (approx.2 liters). Machine is rated at 5 to 15 Lbs/Hr (depending on product). It has 2 point collection, direct fired natural gas heater, Drying Air Rate: 250 acfm @ 100 DegC, evaporative capacity from 5 to 40 Kgs/hr. of water depending upon inlet/outlet air temperature profile and composition of feed, chamber diameter 30", cylindrical height 30". The unit comes with a control panel 460 Volt, NEMA 4 Enclosure, Unit was rebuilt in 2006. Comes with an operational manual.
