Description: One pre owned 200 CFT Stainless Steel Double Ribbon Blender. 120" long x 60" wide x 65" deep vessel. Heavy Duty construction. (1/4" plate vessel construction).
Double helix ribbons. 60" diameter, Ribbons are .75" thick x 6" wide 5.5" diameter center shaft with exterior bearing blocks.
Machine features Pneumatic shaft seals, 16" square center bottom outlet with Ortex pneumatic slide gate.
Driven by a 50 HP 230/460 Volt 3 Phase constant speed chain drive motor coupled to a Falk gear reducer with is set for a 41 RPM output at the ribbons.
Electrical motor controls to be supplied by the buyer. Drive to be plate mounted to the mixer but will be floor mount design.
Unit will be supplied with heavy duty tubular legs offering up to a 36" discharge height (to be determined by the buyer). Legs will be steel with Steel-IT paint.
