Round-Holed Screens

Use an "R" Round-Holes Screen for particle size reduction of dry materials, deagglomeration, homogenizing and bulk density controllability. The screen sizes for this product range from 0.006" (0.15 mm) to 0.250" (6 mm) hole diameters. Some round-holed screens are also available with high-efficiency hole patterns.

Square-Holed Screens

A "Q" Square-Holed Screen is primarily used for wet mass milling and general product sizing. The screen sizes for this model range from 0.156" (4 mm) to 1.00" (25 mm) hole dimensions. Also available are slotted screens with poor flowability through "Q" screens.

Grater-Holed Screens

"G" Grater-Holed Screens also go by the name of Rasp Screens. Use these screens for tighter particle size distributions of dry materials. Also use to reduce the number of fines generated. The screen sizes range from 0.032" (0.8 mm) to 1.00" (25 mm) hole diameters. High efficiency hole patterns also available.

A 1607 Square Bar Impeller is the standard for wet massing milling. Commonly use it for general dry product milling and delumping. It provides slightly finer particle size distributions than your typical round bar impeller.

Forward Angled Impellers

A 1612 Forward Angled Impeller is the common type of impeller to use for high throughput of coarser particle size distributions. Many will pair it with larger-hole screens after a fluid bed drier for granule calibration.

Backward Angled Impellers
